Wickford
At 6:27 PM, Troopers arrested Charles R. Dorsey, age 43, of 1225 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - Second Offense, 3.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle and 4.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 138 West in the Town of Jamestown. Dorsey was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and then turned over to the ACI - Men's Intake Facility as a probation violator.
